بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Sadaqah that never stops flowing.

A perpetual Islamic endowment. The principal is preserved. The benefit flows forever — to those in need, and to knowledge that endures.

Our Purpose

Three streams. One source.

From a single endowment, benefit flows in three directions — to the child, to the vulnerable, and to knowledge that endures.

For the orphan

To sponsor an orphan is to step into a place left empty — to provide for a child whose protector is gone. The Prophet ﷺ described the sponsor's reward in unusually direct terms.

“I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be like this in Paradise” — and he gestured with his index and middle fingers, holding them slightly apart.

Narrated by Sahl ibn Sa'd · Sahih al-Bukhari 6005
Sponsoring the orphan

For the vulnerable

Care for those the world overlooks — the poor, the elderly, the sick, the burdened. Quiet, consistent support that meets people where they are, without spectacle.

Continuing charity

For the mind

Building education platforms and supporting works that outlive their author. Beneficial knowledge — ilm yuntafa'u bihi — is one of the three deeds the Prophet ﷺ named as continuing after a person dies.

Beneficial knowledge

When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them.

— The Prophet ﷺ · Narrated by Abu Hurayra · Sahih Muslim 1631

Everflow exists to keep the first two flowing — and to stand beside the child whose own prayers, in shaa Allah, will rise for those who helped them.

Institutional Structure

Our foundation

Everflow Waqf operates as a named fund under Awqaf Australia — one of the world's leading Islamic waqf institutions.

Awqaf Australia was established in 2014 as the first-ever Islamic Endowment organisation in Australia. It operates a family of registered charitable entities, including the Awqaf Australia Forever Fund — a Public Ancillary Fund regulated under Australian Commonwealth law — and the Awqaf Australia Endowment Fund.

Contributions are invested in accordance with Islamic principles through partnerships with Koda Capital, Granada Wealth Advisory, and Invest Wholesum, with capital preservation as the foundational principle. Everflow Waqf sits within this structure, giving every contribution the full weight of an established institutional waqf.

  • Registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC)
  • ATO-endorsed Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR)
  • Public Ancillary Fund (Forever Fund) — ACN 684 227 941

How It Flows

How the waqf works

  1. 1

    Contributions enter the endowment

Your gift is pooled into the waqf — held in trust, not spent on the day it arrives.

  2. 2

The principal is preserved and managed

Capital is held by Awqaf Australia under regulated waqf governance, kept whole so it can keep giving long after we are gone.

  3. 3

    Only the returns flow outward

The yield is directed to the two streams — to people in need, and to knowledge that lasts.

3% of profits, by default

Built into the work

Where the first stream begins

Three percent of profits from WeBuild Co — an AI agent consultancy — flow into Everflow Waqf. Every project we ship feeds the stream.

Clients aren't just building software. By default, and without adding a line item, they're contributing to a perpetual endowment. The work itself becomes sadaqah jariyah.

Contributions are held within the Awqaf Australia Forever Fund — the same structure that protects every Everflow contribution.
